The 5-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e34SR will be a good replacement for your 2021 Grand Design 31MB, provided the stock leaf spring is also 25-1/4" long. The suspension is all designed based on a specific length of spring, so it is critical that the replacement springs are identical in size to the stock springs. A 5-leaf 6,000 rated spring will definitely give you more support than the 4-leaf 5,200 lb springs.
It is possible that you will need longer U-bolts, but it really depends on how... view full answer...
The closest side marker light we have for those dimensions is the LED Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light with Reflex Reflector item # 328-K-51. This oval light measures 4" and has mounting holes that are 3" center to center. view full answer...
Thanks for the information but I was not able to get anything brakes related off of those part numbers from Lippert to compare to our inventory. To replace the brake assemblies on your Dexter 7,000 lbs axles we have two options that I have listed below:
Dexter Electric Trailer Brakes - 12" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 7,000 lbs item # 23-180-181
Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes - 12" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 7K item # 23-464-465 view full answer...
Hey Bruce, thanks for reaching out!
It sounds like you're looking for the Replacement Small Door Bin for Furrion Arctic 10 cu ft 12-Volt Built-In RV Refrigerators # FR57VD.
If you have a different Furrion fridge then I recommend checking with your local appliance store to see if they have something that might work as Furrion doesn't have any other fridge door shelf replacements available. view full answer...
I reached out to Furrion and they do not carry that component as a replacement part. They said you would have to get a whole new Stove # FR57KR. This is due to the part being riveted in. You should be able to find a local appliance repair facility that should be able to get you what you need rather than replacing the entire stove. Or if you still have a warranty on the camper/appliances you should be able to get it covered under the warranty. view full answer...
Hi William,
Grand Design unfortunately doesn't list the hub part number so you have three options to determine the bearings that you have:
Option 1: You can remove the hub and the bearings and grease to see if their part numbers are still legible on them. To get to the inner bearing you have to remove the grease seal so you won't be able to move the trailer until you have a new ready to go.
Option 2: You can remove the hub and measure the spindle with a digital caliper # PTW80157 at... view full answer...
Hey Don, we don't have a way to verify the axles you have so you'll need to verify what you have but as long as they are 3 inch diameter axles the Roadmaster Comfort Ride system part # RM-2460-2560 would work great. This axle size is common for 5,200 to 7,000 lb axles. view full answer...
So I wasn't able to find any decent pictures of your 2021 Grand Design Imagine wheels so I don't know for sure what would be an exact match but I did attach all of the aluminum wheels we carry that are 15 inch diameter for you to check out. You can email me back with a picture of your wheel and tire size and I can let you know what would match the best. view full answer...
You will only need to change out each Hub # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K on your 2020 Grand Design Imagine 2500RL to switch to the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. You might consider switching from the standard Brakes # 23-26-27 to the Nev-R-Adjust # 23-468-469 so you will no longer have to adjust the brakes as they wear. This will also give you a more consistent brake feel since the brakes will make micro adjustments. view full answer...
Hey Larry, based on your axle capacity being 7k and your wheel bolt pattern being 6 on 5-1/2 inch the correct grease seal is the # RG06-070. view full answer...
For me the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET is going to be the best system to choose for your 2024 Grand Design Imagine 2500RL. Equal-i-zer has continued to be the hitch everyone is trying to compare themselves to. The made in the USA quality and lifetime warranty has really made this the best hitch for the buck in my opinion. I don't like how both the B&W Continuum # BW78FR and Blue Ox SwayPro # BXW1000 rely on the weight distribution to correct sway where the Equal-i-zer... view full answer...
I recommend using the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers # RM-2450 and the MORryde AllTrek 4000 Equalizers # MR29DR on your 2017 Grand Design Imagine 2600RB travel trailer. These will fit your 3,500lb axles and replace your stock equalizer. You will also want to upgrade your shackles to the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit # MR76ZR.
I recommend using the Grease # L11390 and a Grease Gun # L30416 for the wet bolts. This grease is more resistant to water than other types of grease and... view full answer...
I was able to determine your 2020 Grand Design Imagine 2970RL travel trailer will have come with 4,400lb tandem axles. Since you determined they leaf springs are 26" you will want to use the 4,500LB Springs # e27SR. The 4,000LB Springs # e22YR you found will to easily sag under the weight of your camper.
It is best to replace your leaf springs in pairs for the axle but as the springs are also tied together with an equalizer it is best to replace all 4 springs together so one axle doesn't... view full answer...
Hey Warren, thanks for reaching out!
The MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kits come with the correct amount of wet bolts for a tandem axle trailer so you'll only need 2 of those kits if you have 2 RVs you're needing to install them on. Be sure you choose the correct length of shackle straps to match what you're replacing. For 2-1/4" shackles you need Kit # MR46ZR, but for 3-1/8" shackles you need Kit # MR76ZR.
I wasn't able to find the wheelbase specs online but if you measure from the center... view full answer...
Yes, the Furrion manual air distribution box part # FR28PR does come with a controller if that is what you are asking about. It also has controls built into it in case that is what you asked about. It is the same as what you see in the pictures. view full answer...
Sorry Steve but you were misinformed. The closest rim we have to the Phoenix in a 6 on 5-1/2 lug pattern is the Liger Trailer Wheel - 16" x 6" Rim item # LH97FR. view full answer...
Hey Mike, the Lippert motor you have right now is the same thing as the Lippert Components Tuson High Speed 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear Motor # LC141893, so you can use that as a replacement. view full answer...
Michael, it looks like your trailer has a GVWR of ~7,000 lbs which means it likely has 3.5K axles. So, since the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279687 are designed to work with tandem axles that are rated from 3K to 6K, you'd be good to go. view full answer...
With you having the Lynx wheels on your Grand Design Solitude now you should have no issues fitting the Aluminum Bearcat Trailer Wheel # 274-000039 with the Wheel Center Cap # LHCS109-SI60C. My only concern would have been the lug size but the Bearcat fits both 1/2" and 9/16" studs which is what the Lynx will have. view full answer...
